Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana konsep Total Quality Management (TQM) bisa membantu memahami kualitas Tata Kelola sebuah Akademi Kesehatan di Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berupa studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara terhadap tiga pimpinan Yayasan dan akademi (n=3) Analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil wawancara dari tiga responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TQM cukup efektif meneropong kualitas Lembaga Pendidikan di bidang produk (lulusan), proses, organisasi, pemimpin, dan komitmen anggota.
