TMX, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dengan Kontrak Psikologis Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji hubungan antara team member exchange (TMX), kontrak psikologis,dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 karyawan, terdiri dari wanita 44 orang dan pria 31 orang. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan program AMOS 18, hasil penelitian membuktikan terdapat pengaruh signifikan TMX terhadap OCB dan kontrak psikologi terhadap OCB. Hasil perhitungan efek langsung TMX ke OCB masih lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kontrak psikologis sebagai mediasi.
